Kärnthnerring changed Instradierungs-chiffre from 3 to 2 and returned the message. Fleischmarkt 2nd cancellation is a receiving mark – they didn't mark the card again when they sent it back with the complete address. Probably early on May 11, because they added a new sequential number "22".
