It was sent pneumatically to Nord-West Bahnhof; the blue 24 at the top left is the office number for there. The cancel at centre top is a standard Berlin arrival for office 17; the BERLIN W struck on the Express label is a pneumatic cancel with the time in hours & minutes; the red 8 between these cancels is the Berlin pneumatic station number.
