This letter-card was posted in Vienna ; it is dated 11/8/1915 inside, has the 35H imprint for the pneumatic postage rate in 1915, and was addressed to kuk Intendant Pietsch in Abteilung 13 at the Kriegsministerium. It is cancelled 1/1 WIEN 8 (Franz Josefs Quai) with a small blob where the despatch minutes should be, and has a blue 25 at top left. The usual pneumatic creases are present.
As with item 1, the card has been annotated on the back. It appears to be more correspondence about uniforms. The sender is the Vienna representative of Folesch & Son in Wiese a/d Iglawa (now Luka nad Jihlavkou) in Moravia
